We believe in value for money when it comes to colocation. That's why, with every colocation package we sell we include the following services as standard:

Colocation - Primary and Secondary DNS

Without good DNS your network will never delivery the reliability and performance you expect. If you only host a few domains it is not really worth the investment required to setup and manage your own DNS servers. As an ISP we have a had to build an extremely stable DNS solution and we offer this at no cost to all of our colocation clients should they wish to use it. Forward records can be setup by contacting the support team and reverse DNS records are manageable through the customer control panel.

Colocation - Backup MX

If your mail server goes down you don't want to lose mail and if your network is small you may not be able to justify putting a backup MX server in place. If you use our DNS servers we will automatically act as your backup MX should your mail server go down.

Colocation - NAS

Having a good backup solution is critical and as such we give all colocation customers 1GB of network attached storage into which they can FTP or Rsync their backup files as often as needed. This way, if the worst should happen you always know you'll have a backup at hand.

Colocation - Reboots

If you decide to rent a remote power port then you can reboot your server as often as you like via the APC control panel. For customers who do not take the remote power ports then reboots will be performed on demand by an engineer.

Colocation - IPs

If you want to use features such as anonymous FTP, private nameservers, or game servers, having multiple IPs can become important. We do not make an ongoing charge for IP addresses but make a small one off setup charge per block assigned.

We are a member of the RIPE NCC, the organisation responsible for distributing Internet resources throughout Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East and African countries located North of the equator.

RIPE have strict guidelines that regulate the assignment of Internet resources to ensure their fair distribution.

Before we can assign resources to a customer we must submit a lengthy document to the RIPE NCC for them to approve or deny the request.

To help ensure customers requests get fair consideration we ask clients to complete an IP Assignment Form for any address space they require. The questions on this form reflect the information that we have to submit to the RIPE NCC for them to process the request.

Customers should complete the form as truthfully and as thoroughly as possible. Doing so will reduce the likelihood of their request being denied or address space being withdrawn in the future.

It is important to realise that we do not make the decisions regarding address space assignment and any assigned address space is not your property and can be withdrawn by RIPE at any time.

The RIPE regulations may seem strict but they help ensure the fair distribution of the World’s limited Internet Resources.

Colocation - SLA

All of our colocation services are backed up by a 99.95% money back SLA.

Colocation - Support

All colocation deals come with full unlimited technical support via email, support ticket or phone during office hours. In addition, we have a 24/7 emergency NOC to assist you if downtime occurs.
